

Keto Taco Breakfast Skillet
INGREDIENTS
- 1 pound ground beef
 - 4 tablespoons Taco Seasoning (Here is my recipe)
 - 2/3 cup water
 - 10 large eggs
 - 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided
 - 1/4 cup heavy cream
 - 1 roma tomato, diced
 - 1 medium avocado, peeled, pitted and cubed
 - 1/4 cup sliced black olives
 - 2 green onions, sliced
 - 1/4 cup sour cream
 - 1/4 cup salsa
 - 1 jalapeno, sliced (optional)
 - 2 tablespoons torn fresh cilantro (optional)
